Order preparation
In stock parts : will be shipped within 2-5 business days.
Custom-made/made-to-order pieces: these will have a longer preparation time depending on the volume of pieces I am working on at that time in the workshop. In general, the preparation time for custom-made/made-to-order pieces will range between 5-15 days. In order to provide you with more accurate and personalized information, I recommend that you send me an email to info@bruguerabcn.com at the time you want to order/customize a piece and I will be happy to give you more precise information.
Packaging
All orders are sent with beautiful packaging, ideal for gifts.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Shipments to Spain are made with the Correos company, certified and with a tracking number. The delivery time of Correos is approximately the following:
Spain (mainland + Balearic Islands): between 2-5 working days
European Union: between 3-10 working days
International: between 4-15 business days
IMPORTANT : During periods of high parcel traffic, such as Black Friday or Christmas campaigns , transport companies usually have a high volume of shipments, which may affect the delivery times mentioned above. Keep this in mind and try to make your purchases in advance if possible to avoid delays in delivery.
What is the shipping price?
Shipping costs to Spain (except the Canary Islands) are free.
Shipping costs European Union: €9
International shipping costs: €12
Customs charges for international shipments:
For international orders, the prices indicated on the website do not include duties, taxes or fees. Please find out about your country's import policies before making your purchase. Any taxes, fees or customs charges on delivery are the buyer's responsibility and therefore Bruguera Jewelry is not responsible for them.
RETURN POLICY
Can I return my order?
Of course! You have 15 calendar days from the day you receive your order to return it. It is essential that the item is unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging in perfect condition. All orders placed from November 23 will benefit from an extended return period until January 15.
How do I make a return?
To make a return you must first inform us by email at info@bruguerabcn.com before 15 calendar days have passed since you received the order.
The item to be returned must be unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging in perfect condition, and must be returned by certified mail (with tracking number). The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer .
The refund will not be made until the item has been received and verified to be in perfect condition.
What if I want to exchange the piece I received for another piece from the website?
To exchange the item for another item, you must first return the item you do not want and proceed to purchase a new item on the website. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility .
